How much should I donate?

That's up to you. Your donation will help keep the lights on so we can help more people.

Here are some guidelines:

• Number of questions
• Complexity of your questions
• Do you want a simple answer or a detailed one?

A quick question would be one where the answer you need is very short. If we see a donation of $5 or $10 per question, we will assume you're looking for quick answers.

If we see larger donations, we will take a look at how many questions you have. e.g. If you have 5 questions and your donation is $25 - $50, we'll assume you're looking for fairly quick answers to each question. If we see a $100 donation and you only have one question, we will assume you would like a very detailed answer. In other words, base your donation on how much help you need.

Please make your questions easy to understand. If you're questions require a long answer, clearly explain your situation and give as many details as possible.
